Remove all constraints from selected reinforcing bars.
Select the reinforcing bars for which you want to remove all constraints from the host faces and from adjacent reinforcing bars.
After completing the add-in, the selected bars will "ignore" the cover in structural members.
Newly created members will retain the default constraints.
